Customer service is horrible! This company continued to call us almost weekly to make an apt, literally had to block them. Finally agreed (they called hubby) to an apt which they didn’t bother to SHOW up (after waiting at home all day) or call me to advise. I had to call them to see why no one showed up and she just wanted to reschedule for next week!! No thanks! Your customer service stinks!!!!!!!
We had our basement done a few years ago that went well. We just had our driveway done a couple weeks ago and they still have not come back to finish off the last few items. Most of the holes are still unfilled, the patch that was put in is not stable, and there are some seams left to fill. I should not have been asked to pay until the work was 100% done. I have left a message and no one has called me back. Not a happy customer.
They just finished our basement and they worked extremely hard, and did an excellent job. They were very professional, careful and courteous. We couldn't have asked for betters workers. A terrific job!
I had system installed and the very first rain system failed. I had water in the basement in same region that was fixed. I had remodeled my basement after the work was completed and and guaranteed not to have water penetration in the area that was addressed. It was like work wasn't even done. I paid for the service same day it was finished and was just hung up on by customer service department. To say I am disappointed is a understatement!!

My experience has been a nightmare. The company has been incredibly slow to serve me. I had a hole in a basement wall starting in 2018, was told you couldn't get to it until this May. I spent $13,777.00 to waterproof the basement, and the new sump pump system was not installed as indicated in the contract. Last Friday the basement flooded. I have been put off repeatedly. Today you called to tell me you could not get to my job tomorrow, and that a crew would not be able to get to my house until Wednesday. I am incensed. The o... read more
I have my sump pump checked regularly and always feel confident they do a great job. Tech Chad Henrichs was my technician this month and explained everything and humidity issue. Did such a good job explaining what options they could provide, I ended up with super dehumidifier! It has made a world of difference. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. A very good representative for Midwest Basement! Thank you!
