Terrible, overpriced,and no attention to detail, they replaced the wrong window, then installed the correct window but left it open after they completed the job, letting mice into our house. They also never followed up to come out and tighten the braces. Poor service and over priced.
A little on the pricey side would be a under statement. The cost to lay aprox 450 blocks to replace a wall was right at $30000 dollars.
Mike and Roberto did, to my untrained eye, an excellent job of reparing a basement wall and covering it with white Plastic?. Also installed an air conditioner system......and explained how it worked.....very simple. Clean and tidy!!!
Mike and Robert came and lifted my home today, two days and they were done. Great guys and fast too. A little on the pricey side but their work is guaranteed.
I was very impressed on the workmanship of Mike Wagner. You would never know anything had been done other than the beams he put up. The area was just the same as when he started. Explained what I would have to do to check the pressure. Very personable guy. Would recommend Midwest Basements to others.
Quotes run very very high. Was told a hole in the foundation couldn't be fixed when it can and was told would have to replace other wall cause it would weaken if just fixed one wall. Both lies. I have had two other quotes that have confirmed all this. Turns out the guys that do the quotes also work on commission so they are gonna try and drum up the most business that they can.
Midwest sent Julio's team to complete a large job in our basement in two days. They were great to work with and cleaned up a big mess. Final price came in lower than the estimate. Impressed with their work!
