Alejandro Solo and his crew did a great job with my basement water proofing job. They were exceptional with containing the dust and debris and also cleaned up after the job. I am pleased with how everything was done.
Nathan gave us the estimate. Then thanks to Julio and his crew for their hard work. They came in looked it over and got right to work. They did a good job and were patient in answering my question that I kept bothering them with and finally Toby came promptly when called and started the tighining process and schooled me in what to do from then on. We have had nothing but the greatest of service from the office staff and field experts at Midwest Basements!!!! This last experience was once again top notch and the techs that came, Chad and Eric, were both knowledgeable and very courteous. Since first utilizing Midwest our basement walls have increasingly improved and their recommendations for upgraded systems have made a world of difference!
Travis and his team did an excellent job leveling our stoop and driveway. The sales rep was up front and honest. The team was devoted to doing the job RIGHT. They were percise with every decision they made. We are pleased with the entire process, especially the results.
