Had an issue with my 2017 Jeep leaking took it in and was told it was from the headers they replaced it multiple times due to a defect. They put it through their test and allegedly it past and I GUARANTEED I won’t have any leaking problems. I asked if they could please replace the carpet because there was large amounts of water and my child is allergic to mold!Was advised that the carpet could handle it that they would just clean the area. We purchased a used 2016 Ford Escape. The tire has damage and we already need to replace them. We've been asking for the 2nd key that they have and still have yet to receive it over a month later. We will never be doing business with them again. We paid over $22,000 for this car and paid in cash. This is such a bad experience and we'll be opening a BBB complaint if we do not receive the 2nd key by the end of this week.
