I recently bought an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Bettenhausen. I hadn’t bought there before and I was also new to the brand. Josh was great to work with from the beginning when he was explaining all the features before we test drove to the end when he setup some of the personalized settings and took a celebratory photo. They made the whole process easy. I’d definitely go back. Make sure you ask for Josh AND test drive an Alfa!
Sales is straight up and honest.4 stars Great customer experience. Service 2 stars is another story altogether. Made an appt at 8 am 1 month prior due to a loaner I needed and none available till then. Arrived at 750am. Waited in line till 845. Respect my time! I also took my 3 month old 2018 Challenger in for a recall. But made it clear my top priority was transmission shift and sunroof leak during car washes.
