Took my Jeep in for an oil change and factory recall.Kyle had a shuttle set up to take me anywhere I needed until my Jeep repairs were finished .The estimated time was 3 hours .I got there 15 min late and yet they had me out of there a half hour early .I was dreading taking it in but turned out to be a nice experience.
Have been servicing my Dodge since I moved to Oak Forest almost 6 years ago. Always satisfied with their work ethic and pricing. Only one suggestion, better more comfortable seating while waiting.

The service is always great. The last time I was in, the service rep (Jordan Tucker) was probably the best one I have encountered in my many years with Bettenhausen. Very professional and knowledgeable with a great personality
Great sales and service for our jeep
Jordan took great care of me while getting service on my Ram truck. He absolutely was amazing (I wish I had this great service everywhere) even thou I was a walk that day he estimated my wait time and delivered 30 minutes earlier than expected. Five star service all around.
