Charlton Heston would feel out of place here. – It was like the old movie planet of the apes. You are screwed from the first day you land there and buy the car. The problem is that you do not know it until your car is blown up. How did Heston say it (oh my god they blew it they really did) this car dealership reminds me of that movie. Unemplyed and homeless – I needed a car to last me for a few months to get my life back together. I purchased a well priced vehicle with a warranty from here and the car had a transmision problem 1 day after purchase. They did not send the warranty in since it was only a one day deal and they refused to buy the car back.I have hired a lawyer and he is familier with this auto dealership. Expensive mistake, not a good place! – Stay clear from buying a car from this place. They are crooks and provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cant believe they call themselves a "business" the way they treat their customers. Downright MEAN. I bought a car from them and in less than a months time had problems with it. I got the extended warranty and most of the issues were not covered. This dealer was a nightmare for us – Bought a car, had problems from the first day. Dealer was uncooperative, uninformative, spiteful, rude, arogant, unhelpful, and downright mean. I think he purposely strung us along so that he could take all the time he wanted to play with our emotions. He seemed to get his kicks from toying with us. full of it when it comes to customer service – Bought a car here because my wife wanted it badly and we couldn't find a similar elsewhere, even though the salesman had a bad attitude towards us. The car has had problems from day 1, which he always said was going to fix. The problems are still there. Despite all the talk, it seems all they did was reset the computer to get the check engine light to turn off. The cruise control still doesn't work. They did replace a spark plug and gas filter, (I think).
