I have a broken knee cap and was sent to this office for an MRI. I was asked to be in the office at 9:45 for a 10 appointment. At 10:15 I asked when I would be taken in and was rudely told that it was going to be at 10:30. I asked why the delay and the receptionist Z turned her head from me and took her cell and ignored me and told me that she was busy and if I wasn't happy I could leave. We had a great experience. Will at the front desk was very professional and friendly. He handled a disgruntled patient who had misunderstood his appointment time with kindness and patience.
