My husband is currently a patient here and the staff/nurses are so rude. Their bed side manner is disgusting. Currently he pushed the call button 28 minutes ago and no one has answered. Thankfully he isn’t having a heart attack. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’m really curious to know if bullying is still allowed for the employees working in the endoscopy unit. It sure was alive and well 7 years ago. I’m a seasoned RN and those were the worst 8 months of my life ! Hopefully Carol (plastic surgery face) and Barbara (the manager that turned her head the other way ) have both been fired. Never went to HR for fear of retaliation. And Dr Alalu is a FRAUD.

I had open heart operation two month ago and my experience has been awesome I recommend from the bottom of my heart
Dr Minet Cespedes should be ashamed of himself. He lacks compassion for the elderly who do not have health insurance. He should not be allowed to make decisions concerning the discharge of your patients. My mother was discharged after having surgery on her leg, while in pain, without a walker and was told she could take a cab. I will be filing a professional compliant against his license and seeking counsel.
I would like to give a huge shoutout to Dr Richard Edelstein and all of the nurses and other staff who gave me such great care on Friday 11/30. I was very anxious about this event but they all put me at ease. They answered my questions and anticipated my every need.
