Arrived yesterday with my grandfather to the emergency room for a lack of circulation to his feet. Every single person we interacted with both in the ER and on the 4th floor has been amazing! Very sweet and professional! Also very fast service, he was seen by numerous doctors immediately. Procedure was completed on my grandfather last night and he’s being released today.
WORST HOSPITAL THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF WITH HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS. THE ER AREA IS TRASHY & NEEDS CLEANED! I WAS GIVIN A "FEMALE EXAM" IN MY CURTAINED OFF ROOM THAT PEOPLE WAS PASSING BY. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT MY EXPERIENCED HERE TONIGHT AND WHAT I SEEN OTHERS EXPERIENCE AS WELL! IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME PHONE NUMBERS SO I CAN REPORT THIS PLACE I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL BE LOOKING INTO "NUMBERS" I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW THIS PLACE TREATS PEOPLE!!!
No organization whatsoever. Was told they had no late appointments, then they called 3 Times telling us to be here before 8 am for a 9:20 appointment and then lied that he would be first at 9:00am. 10:04 am they just took him in.
I can’t say more nice things about this hospital � I just had my baby here yesterday. I literally fired my doctor in the middle of giving birth (he does not work here) and asked the sweet nurses I had to please get me their doctor. He was great and the next day another nurse and midwife delivered my baby. My original doctor was trying to force me into an unnecessary c-section and when I said “no” the staff at this hospital supported me 100% and took such great care and with patience and understanding... Nurses are great. They do all they can under demanding circumstances. Unfortunately my loved one was admitted with pneumonia and released. After his release, a culture result tested positive for a deadly and contagious bacteria and no one was contacted. As my loved one was home for days with worsening symptoms, we called his doctors asking what to do. After bring him back to the ER we found out about this test result.
