I am at disbelief and disgusted with how they treated my mother and abused her. my mother is diabetic and they tied her down and forced feed her among other things when she was unconscious she is now home and has flash back and nightmares and starts crying for no reason. if you value your loved ones DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.My family members have served on the board here for years in the pass and was always happy with their services in the past but now they are compare to a fly by night butcher shop.

by hiring honest, knowledgeable, experienced, patient centric. clinical staff who comprehend the need for EPR/EMR system so that when an 86 year old, geriatric patient arrives on their ER and had nobody who can hardly breathe and is Covid free, doen't need to get interrogated by 6 different staff members because hospital policy does not allow a patient advocate accompany him. Twelve hours later he is dead.sd
As a Registered nurse I was horrified by the care given to my daughter in the Emergency room tonight. Eight years ago I was proud to say I was a Director of nursing at Bethesda and my daughter was part of the team that worked with the physicians to learn computer order entry. Tonight I can honestly say the care is horrific.
