Bethesda is amazing 10 stars for how they treated my sick 18 month old! :) Great staff and doctors
Very clean friendly staff. Always ready to help. Only thing I didnt like was the cafeteria food... uhh but the most important things are very well.
From what I have understood any person with a heart condition gets faster service to a triage nurse. This was NOT done, I've asked twice for a patient advocate and not one came to see us. When he was finally called in, she was rude towards me, when my brother asked for me to go with him she said too small in the are...yet.... Lack of etiquette on the nurse in triage, called security when patient /my brother started to video her. Her attitude changed towards him immediately! They took amazing care of my mom while she was there an amazing hospital hands down everyone deserves to be treated like that everyday
