We are still traumatized by a series of unfortunate events – avoidable patient safety events – at Bethesda East Hospital that led to my sister’s recent death at the hospital. No one from the hospital has expressed any responsibility for her still unexplained death; no one has responded to my letter to the administration requesting a review of the circumstances. Misdiagnoses and lack of communication. Very sad.
Just a mid afternoon kudos to the wonderful pediatric nurses and doctors at Bethesda East Hospital. They are taking great care of my son, and of me! Thanks for making us comfortable and for all of the attentive care.
