While Beth may be a very good interior designer, our experience so far has been disappointing. We had made an appointment, and that appointment was then moved forward based on availability offered by Beth's office. However they subsequently gave away our new appointment and original appointment to other "more valuable clients". I feel businesses should honor their appointments to all their clients.
