Awesome! The best staff ever. The staff peronaly cared for me, showing love, dedication and passion. I would have never recovered from unconsciousness, respiratory and renal failure without them. The six months I spent in 11th floor Riesman recovering from cancer was only made bearable because of compassion! I love you all!
The labor and delivery and NICU staff here is top notch. My wife was preeclamptic and we had our daughter early at 32 weeks. She's now an amazing 4 year old, and we owe it all to this amazing staff. Even the crew at the Starbucks made us feel at home.

A huge THANK YOU to all the nurses and doctors who helped us safely deliver our precious baby girl on September 30th. The care and respect we received at BIDMC beyond exceeded our expectations. You guys are not that courteous here. I've been out of surgery since before 4pm and I was told that at I would have a room at 5. It's now 8pm and I still am stuck in the recovery room. The patients are either side of my are scary. They keep on screaming and swearing. The lights are on because they have to monitor these people. I want to sleep but I can't. Also my family has been waiting in. The waiting room since the surgery at 1pm to be with me and support me. But they have only been able to see me 2 time for a total of 10 ... read more
I visited Beth Israel Deaconess yesterday for testing to qualify for a Clinical Trial. I was treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism by everyone I came in contact with. Thank you to all at Beth Israel Deaconess. ☺☺☺☺
The entire staff at Beth Israel was amazing, from top to bottom. I thank the labor and delivery nurses and doctors with all of my heart for helping me to deliver a healthy baby boy and for taking such exceptional care of me while I was there. There are no words to express how appreciative I am and will forever be. I had the most amazing experience of my life at this hospital and would rate it 100 stars if that were an option!
