I felt very comfortable and cared for. Everything I asked for was immediately taken care of. They even brought me a fan I requested. The staff, Surgical team, services were all terrific. Dr Peter Mowschenson is the best!!
My Dad is alive because of this hospital & the amazing doctors & nurses they have working here! Can't say enough wonderful things about it!

Very hard no navigate .... so many buildings! Although staff was amazing!
On the whole my visit went well with the usual delays. But I just realized that I did not receive a call back to day to see if I could get a generic prescription versus the name brand. Il have to call and follow up now.
Brought a friend for out patient surgery. Very in impressed. I was well informed the whole time. Dr called after surgery gave me a total update. I was very inpressed and would highly recommend. Bonnie
My mom had a procedure in June and another one 10/17/16 both went great. The staff is so professional and nice. They really explain everything and listen to my mom.
Everyone in the endoscopy unit was awesome. A great group of caring and professional people. My only complaint would be that there should be better signage in the lobby as it relates to getting parking tickets validated as I was thoroughly rebuffed by the person working the parking ticket desk for not doing so prior to paying for parking but as far as the medical staff is concerned they are top notch
I love my hospital........both my kids were born here and this is where i come for my care. Nothing more to say i love bidmc!!!! Great ppl exceptional care�
