they can start off by firing doctor Chang he is the heart doctor there he had my father as a heart patient for 1 year and he basically let him die we had dr. Lehman for 11 years and he was good dr. Chang had him and he put off so many things took his time and took nothing serious and when it was time 4 him to step it up he disappeared the last two days before my father died and we never see him again they miss so many things my dad was a heart patient and he end up dying from blood poisoning because of the catheter and they ... read more
BIDMC Patient Relations Department does not resolve problems just creates frustration. Their inability to provide effective communication and support are inexcusable. Should not be named Patient Relations!
Best Neurosurgery! Dr Ogilvy and his team are phenomenal. Professional and Personable, something you never see. Dr Ogilvy has no problem picking up a phone and calling you personally to let you know what's going to go on with your care. I have never met another Dr like him, and the fact he does brain surgery makes him a super hero in my eyes
