I've never been to a hospital where everyone is so pleasent,from the cleaning staff to the nurses, and the Drs saved my life twice
My 94 year old Mom with advanced dementia was taken to the ER for a gash on her head. She was not released for 2.5 days despite my requests . During that time she had no dementia or physical supports. She went in mobile, continent and chatty. She is now none of those. In fact she is bedbound. If you have a loved one with dementia do not use this ER . They create more damage than cure.

Why you charged facility fees more than $1000 per visit? Nobody told me I would be charged facility fee. I had been the clinic room for about 30 minutes, but you charged me facility fee more than $1000. My OB is really nice but I think the facility fee is not reasonable.

This racist female is Marie D’Angelo. Yelled about being a pharmacist at Beth Israel, in between racial slurs & physically assaulting people. What will be done about this?

I had 7am appointment on a Saturday morning in the Shapiro building. The Shapiro building is closed on Saturday. The elevators did not work to get me to the fourth floor where I needed to go. I tried the stairs, which locked me out of the fourth floor, and I had to walk back down to the ground floor and start over. No one was around. I was scheduled for a procedure that I was unfamiliar with, I was nervous about being late, I was nervous about the procedure, and finally finally someone appeared to assist me. It's a great hospital and the Dr.s & nurses and staff are so nice and very helpful. I've been a Beth Israel patient my whole life & my parents & grand parents were also patients there.
I live on the Cape was scheduled for hip revision surgery. After some discussion I was allowed to remain awake during the surgery, as I had three times at another hospital. I had a spinal and that was great , nothing else. In the past the other meds gave me a Migraine headache. so this made it so that I could avoid that problem. All went well I also allowed me to spend less time in recovery. I deeply appreciate the willingness of flexibility. My care was great
