I can’t speak to their actual service, but seeing how they impede traffic during rush hour on the HRBT/I64E in the left lane, with a crumpled van on the bed dragging a red Mini behind them, pacing an 18-wheeler in the right lane, I would imagine their disrespect for others crosses multiple boundaries including how they treat customers.
It made me sad to see not great reviews here. We've only used this company a few times but we were very happy with the service.
They are super fast and offer repair services . I had two flat tires on the right side of my Ford Escape. They took me to work first then towed my car to their shop replaced my tires, did a alignment for me at my request all on a Saturday. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend to anyone.
One of the most dreaded words in the history of words is "tow". No one wants to have their car break down and need one. No one wants to find that there car is missing from a parking lot and hear the dreaded phrase it's in a tow yard.
