Worst backwoods customer service I've ever encountered! First I spent half of a day trying to put an order in...I needed a military code to get the military discount...was told I had to email a copy of my military I'd. I LOVE this company - Superb customer service, I have honestly never had a better experience with a company. I called with a concern with my tire carrier failing and without question they said they would send out a new one - I can't believe the customer service i received in that one phone call. Shipped the next day, i believe and i got it less than a week later - like how does that happen??? There are things i order new that don't come with that customer service!!!!
