Order the replacement twill top for my TJ on Sept 26th. Received the top within 10 days but after several attempts to install the back window the zippers just did not work. I took the Jeep to an authorized Bestop installer and was informed that the top/rear window was defective. On April 22, 2022 I ordered a Supertop for Truck 2 for my 2018 Ram. I received it on June 13, and attempted to install it the same day. It was too narrow to fit my truck per the instructions and despite the box label saying it was for my vehicle. I purchased in May 2022 Bestop sunrider for my Gladiator, FYI...horrible quality due to extremely loud noise inside the truck. Top it is not tight enough due to poor manufacture issue. Need a replacement or money back. Hurting hearing real bad.
Worst customer service EVER. Buy a Tonneau cover for my 2018 Colorado off of ******** Marketplace. The gentleman told me he was sent the wrong cover. Opened the box missing the 6 clamps to attach to truck box. Called in February, told 6-7 weeks to get parts from factory in ******. April 12 called again parts are here charged to my CC. April 28 called again shipping them out tomorrow. May 13 still nothing posting here BBB called CC to dispute charge from April 12.
Absolutely the worst experience ever purchasing online from Bestop. ABSOLUTE FALSE ADVERTISING! I purchased two Jeep YJ seats from bestop.com and no where did it say that the seats were not in stock and that the restock time is up to or more than 6 months. If this was stated on there site there absolutely no way I would make this purchase! I received one seat after 3 months and just found I have to wait another 3 months or more for the other side. Ordered a Jeep passenger side seat in May and received no updates on shipping status. Decided to make contact yesterday to get a status; - on-line customer service portal does not work - sat on a call probably 1 to 1.5 hrs in a hold pattern (i was number 87 in the que when i called) - they indicated late July for the shipping but would not guarantee it you should consider these before you place orders with this company
I've told the one person I've talked to when I CALLED, I needed help in figuring out what bracket is bent....the whole point of this was for a company to stand behind their brand, and after only 1 month AND $2300 SPENT, when I needed help with YOUR PRODUCT, I couldn't get it !!!!!!!! Purchased a Trektop Pro, and every optional addon. Part Backordered, no big deal. Received the wiring harness (Which states on their website Defrost/Wiper Motor harness) and go to install on my Jeep. Instructions are for DEFROST only. Apparently, in the TrekTop Manual it states that you need additional parts to run the wiper motor. Mind you, The TrekTop hasnt arrived yet. I apologize for the delay in response. I see that Mr Jones has been issued an RMA and that the things that weren't right were addressed with the CS Manager, on Dec 7th. Please note that I was out of the office due to having to deal with a cancer diagnosis. The customer doesn't necessarily need to know that. I just don't like that this went this long without a response from us, and is not our normal practice.
Worst backwoods customer service I've ever encountered!
