Nice rooms. Super nice staff!! Staying again on our way home.
Disgusting. Our room was gross and items in it were broken. The shower tiles were cracked and they leaked to the floor of the bathroom. Doors to hall are paper thin and we were woken up all night. Would absolutely NOT stay again. I took some photos of the state of the room just for reference.
There is a nightclub/bar attached to this hotel. After traveling for the day we were excited for a night of rest. The hotel was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The music from the bar could be heard throughout the hotel until all hours of the night. We never made it to the breakfast because we could not get out of the hotel fast enough. We stayed for 4 nights. I looked at alot of reviews which stated the place was nice and breakfast was good! The breakfast was awful! We only ate there the first morning, but the coffee was good! The breakfast room lady was very friendly! however,, The front desk lady was a grump! The rooms are very small, but they were clean!
Last minute pick after driving 6 he's from Daytona Beach. Room was fine. On the road check rooms said 53.00. Inside told 89.00 they said the other was on line reg. Price. Tried to do from phone for 53. But would have to download ap. So used different link got for 71.00 told we will get a $10.00 rebate. We'll see. Room was clean. Decent comp breakfast.
Flea infested rooms. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Fried food and Cigarette smell in the lobby and hallway. Poorly repaired rooms. stained and dirty floors and walls. The pictures make it look nice and updated. In reality this is a nasty run down establishment. The information online regarding the pet policy and price is misleading. I can't believe Best Western would have their name associated with this place. DON'T STAY HERE!!
Nice hotel for the money, clean and tidy great breakfast and a pool
Room looked clean and smelled clean. Skipped breakfast but did see a lot of variety. However! Packing our bag this morning we found 2 small roaches running around our alarm clock! We don't do bugs! We advised the clerk when we departed. Would I stay again? Probably not. It's a shame too.
First impression of the room was very nice. The room was very clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious. As well. Nice size room, easy to move around in with 2 adults (one handicapped using a walker) and one teenager. Air conditioning was great. The breakfast the next morning was good. The variety of food like bacon, eggs, muffins, biscuits, and gravy to the make it yourself waffels was good. Even had hot and cold cereals.
