I love the Riverside Inn, it's the only place I stay when I am in Macon ! My room is always nice and clean and all the employees are so friendly and will help you in anyway they can. I have met the owner Ricky, he is a wonderful man and wants to make sure your stay is the best. They also have a very good breakfast, but I'm usually too late !!! The only negative I have found there is the pool. It looks as if had not been cleaned for awhile, but my grandson and I took a dip anyway. Hopefully this small problem can be addressed... read more
Great for the price. Off the freeway good stop before Disney and close enough to Atlanta so you can do stuff there. Pool was kinda dirty, only negative but when its 98 degrees outside I still went in it
Booked a non-smoking room on March 18th. Checked in to hotel that evening and they put us in a smoking room. We called down to the front desk and she said we were in a nonsmoking room but it clearly was a smoking room due to the smell, 3 ashtrays, and burn holes in the bed linens. I took pics. I have asthma so I must have a nonsmoking room. We ended up having to leave the hotel less than an hour after having checked in due to no other rooms being available and with my asthma, it triggered an attack :( They wouldn't give us o... read more
Nice place just a note to people that bring dogs. Don't leave them unattended so they can bark the whole time your gone. It's happening now but the staff is working on it. Show respect for others.
