This hotel was clean. And the staff was awesome!
Absolutely love staying here when we come to Macon. The Back Porch Lounge is always full of friendly familiar faces & so much fun!!!
We were put in a smoking room that was disgusting! The pillows-blankets, and even curtains were saturated with the smell of stale cigarettes! We were unable to be moved and the smell was so bad it threw me into a migraine! Another note, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we felt like we were sleeping on a slope! I am sorry to say we will never frequent one of your properties again. I would like to know whom I contact to receive a refund.

This is our favorite home away from home. Have stayed here many times. Much nicer that other Best Westerners we have stayed at over the past 49 years. Staff are all friendly and and helpful, especially my sweet friend at the front desk. She always recognizes me. They also have the most awesome breakfast and are pet friendly. Thanks for making our trip across country comfortable and enjoyable. Till next time.
