Recommendedamazing room very clean. price little high but worth it being clean.
After a long day of traveling we decided to stop at the halfway point in our trip for some rest. Neither my wife nor I expected top tier where we decided to stay, just a decent bed and A/C. I cannot comment on either of those as we were unable to even check-in to this Best Western. We arrived at almost 12:30am and could not even find a place to park to do so. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
Walking in to the lobby was like walking in to a million dollar mention, then you get to your room it's like a twilight zone. Outdated need repairs, no central air only a very noisy wall unit. No fan in the shower and musty smelling . 1st floor rooms felt dark and not clean. Also the receptionist very unfriendly and not helpful at all, to the point where she was rude. I paid $50 dog fee and when she handed me the keys she said absolutely no pets in the lobby. Would never stay there again.
Absolutely disgusting hotel. Mr Michael Hicks who checked us in was extremely rude. He checked us into a room and it wasn’t the right type of room. We requested adjoining rooms. We went back to the front and he placed us in a different room and it still was not right. The rooms we did go into were not worth $113/night. One of the rooms had burn holes in the linens, the carpet looked filthy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. right off the highway easy to get to
Do not use best western I rented a room and did not stay!! The night clerk advised they would refund me and now the GM won’t accept my calls and they lied and said I stayed 1 hr!! I called corporate and they told them I stayed two hours!! So now I have to take legal action
