If only there were there were 0 stars. That's what really describes this place. If you like staying at a hotel for 2 nights and being charged for 5 (and not get your money back), THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
Room was nice, Staff was chatty. Was up for a weekend to enjoy Duluth and family. Breakfast was okay, staff was in the back chatting to themselves and had to interrupt and ask 3 different times for items empty to be refilled in just the short time my wife and I were eating. No oatmeal even though the cooking pot was left on the counter, tacky. Had to ask for cream cheese, bagels, whole wheat bread, english muffins, raisins, salsa, eggs, and sausage to be restocked. Thank you we loved our stay. We will be back We came up for our 24th anniversary. The employees were very nice. The pool area was very nice. I thought it would be loud being so close to the hwy but it wasn't. Thank you again
We stayed 4 nights . staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely stocked.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Very clean and nice hotel, breakfast was good for what it is. I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle to Canal Park was great!
Staff was helpful and nice, breakfast foods were kept filled Even on a busy morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I agree with others, pool was uncomfortably cold.
