the one thing that stood out was the price, after being on the road for three weeks coming from California zig-zaging across the country this is the first motel that cost the most, over 200 dollars for a night and we still don't understand for what.

We stayed a few weeks ago and it was meh. The biggest issue was the staff- they were all very unfriendly. No hello’s, good mornings, or smiles. The woman checking us out when we left was the only friendly person. Her name was Lynne. She chatted with us, and smiled which was nice because nobody else did that. Pool was ice cold so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was ok. Beds were really hard. I know the hotel doesn’t do the room service but they claim it’s highly recommended, we ordered and the food was nasty. Room is good. Pool was closed for painting. We checked-in around 10:30 pm and were told we couldn’t use the guest laundry service. I asked what the earliest we could do laundry because we desperately needed to do some and the lady said she didn’t know maybe 8 am. She said the time was posted on the door. I went to check and there were absolutely no times on the door. I felt like I was being lied to.

Ashley, the asst. manager, was so helpful! She went over and above helping me with storage for my son’s wedding the next day. Her front desk person was very nice, she came in on her day off to help with staffing issues and Ashley was cleaning rooms! Thank you Ashley for stepping up and I hope BW sees the gem they have in you!

Very nice had s great dinner at a restaurant nearby. Only negative they put noisy little kids and their heavy footed parents in the room above us. Finally quiet at 11:30pm. Ugh

Fire place and Christmas like scene in lobby. Refreshments when you come in. Clean and nice rooms.. love our stay here....very nice!

Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Breakfast was great! Price was nice! Room was clean! My sister did mention the hot tub wasn't hot, but when she mentioned it to the front desk, they got right on making it better!!! We would definately stay here again!!!

Positives- Fantastic hotel, big rooms, great prices. Comfortable beds and sweet and caring staff. Great breakfast. Nice Jacuzzi. Besautiful set up. Space is great. Very clean location. Nice parking space and in a great area. Negatives-. Jacuzzi was really "janky" knobs kept falling off but still strong and nice even tho it was kinda damaged. Pool was big but really cold no heater. The hot tub was out of order. We had a lot of dead and alive flies in our room.
