Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast in the morning. My only complaints are that the hottub wasn't really a hottub. The water was barely luke warm. And the pool wasn't very warm either. Otherwise great hotel. :)
The hotel was nice and clean.the staff was extremely friendly....but the worst wi-fi ever. This eas ny first time in Duluth,Mn beautiful city.
Our room was very nice. In the morning when we went to breakfast there was no plates.or silverware. The staffbwas nice but took us a while to.check.in cause they couldnt find our reservation at first. All in all.I.wont be staying here again
I came here due to my husband having to stay a few nights extra at hospital. The room is spacious and very clean. Check in staff excellent and she referred me to the Black Bear Grill for dinner on my first night and it was great. First night was noisy in hallway as one family was using the laundry and the kids were having relay races in hallway as their mother and a friend chatted and laughed until 11:30 pm. Comfortable & friendly. Only problem was internet Kept going down.
This is the cutest little out of the way hotel. The staff was amazing especially the sweet "grandma"lady that checked us in. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was clean... the hot breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend staying here. And don't forget to taste the yummy ginger cookies at the front desk
