Stayed the day after Christmas and there weren’t many people staying there - got upgraded to a suite but the heat wasn’t on and it took a good 3 hours for the room to get warm - we had driven 12 hours and just wanted to go to bed! Breakfast was ok - tv in breakfast room didn’t work - not real sure this Best Western was a Plus Hotel!
The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. We will be back
I am leaving today rested relaxed and full. I had a great breakfast here. I also wanted to say that the staff was nice and professional. I hope I can stay longer next time and use the amenities. Well done BW+++

Stay here on Saturday night..room 126. Air was broken.. talked to lady at front desk. She was really nice.. hotel was full couldn't change rooms..brought in fan it helped ..but got no sleep ..and management only wanted to complete 20% off bill..uhgh!!! Pools and hot tub was good.. don't know if I would stay here again?????
Service was good beds not so much worn out had to sleep across the the top of the bed matt worn out
