I stayed here one night, clean and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my small chihuahua with me, so they gave me a room near the back door on the first floor.

We had a great experience. The room was fine, the pool was great and the free shuttle to and from our music was extremely helpful.

My wife and I went on a group bus tour to Chicago and Indianapolis with friends. Home base for Chicago was this hotel for four nights. for what we were told would be a budget hotel, we were surprised how well maintained and comfortable this hotel is. It is a former Holiday Inn that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western. It was originally built as a conference center and has several meeting and banquet rooms. We stayed in two different rooms and both were well maintained and comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient. I think its a good hotel if your traveling for business or romantic fun to just get away from people.

We found that the Best Western was clean and quiet, and it did have comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

We stayed in a King room. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Rate was way better than downtown and the drive was not bad. We ate breakfast one morning and enjoyed that also. We were doing most our sight seeing in Oak Park, this was a quick drive on the Eisenhower. One of the neg. reviews mentioned a landfill, I didn't smell anything. I did see work being done beside the hotel. After some research I found out there is a Construction Safety training center right beside the hotel. I've been in so many countries,so many hotels, from south america to the middle east to europe & usa,, from my experience for 3 days @ this hotel.. I REALLY LIKE IT,, food is good & great price too & for sure i would recommend this hotel to everybody & for sure i'll be back everytime need to stay in chicago !!

pleasantly suprised – Very pleasantly surprised with the service & room. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm, which I liked, but husband likes a softer mattress. Just our personal preference. Hallways were quiet, and general atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were friendly & helpful. Ate at the on site restaurant twice, dinner and breakfast. Good food (maybe a little pricey). Have already recommended this hotel to a couple of people and we will definitely stay again!

For the price I paid, the hotel was extremely nice. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable!
