Good, clean room with nice amenities such as microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Definitely ask for a room not facing the highway as the hotel fronts the highway with not much real estate between the road and hotel. Price is pretty good, although I'm hard pressed to see a 3 star rating on certain "name your own price" websites. Perhaps it's the on site restaurant and the in-room amenities. I've stayed in 2 star hotels with comparable levels of cleanliness and features, minus a restaurant on site. The only thing I don't like... read more

Very good hotel with excellent shuttle services to & from Airport, train station, meetings & even malls. This service alone makes it worthwhile. The shuttle drivers were great. We did not have to rent a car for our 3 nights stay. The rooms were neat and we enjoyed the shower massage too.

We stayed here for 5 days and was satisfied with the hotel.Our room is clean and the bed is comfortable.The hotel is so convenient to downtown.Staff is friendly and helpful.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the cost, location and comfort of our room. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I found the room to be well maintained however the elevator was being serviced the 3 days we were there (and rightfully so). It would have been a major inconvenience if we were not only on the 2nd floor. While the location was convenient to i290 - the current construction into and out of the city via that route was very time consuming due to traffic. Courteous staff and the front desk staff was very helpful with directions to our destinations in Chicago. Room was very comfortable and peaceful, location worked well for my team of disabled athletes

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. The shuttle took us straight to the train station and said they would pick us up whenever we got done. When we did call to be picked up around one in the morning, both shuttles were out and we had to take a cab.

Hello the service that I received while staying there was great. The hotel was clean and also the rooms were great. I will most defiantly come back to stay once I plan a trip back to Chicago. The guest service was also polite.
