Exceptional !! – Everyone was exceptionally courteous and helpful
Much appreciated – This staff at this place went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate their hard work.
Honest staff – I forgot some personal items in my room and I called the hotel back and they saved my items and got them back to me with no problems.
Great staff! – Lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us. Very efficient, polite and friendly!
Overall I really can't complain and I would stay here again
Great location, and nice staff – The staff was ok, the room was nice, parking great, and there is a restaurant in the place. It's right off the freeway, so easy access to get where you want to go. Not to mention there is plenty of shopping nearby, with a strip mall across the street.
Despite a small problem, the stay was excellent – Initially had problems getting into my room - the latch on the door was malfunctioning and would not let you open the door. Maintenance fixed the problem but I was a little hesistate after that. However, we did not experience any problems after that.
Not bad – Overall our hotel stay was great.
Loved my stay, perfect – I traveled to Chicago with my parents for my daughters Navy Graduation. We decided to go a couple of days early to enjoy the city of Chicago. We agreeded to stay at Best Western Hillside because of location and general repetition of Best Western Hotels. For the most part we enjoyed our stay
