The staff were wonderful. – On June 12,2010 American Airlines canceled the last leg of our trip home to San Francisco. Airline experience from Hell! We recieved a voucher for a portion of our stay here. We checked in at about 1:30am and the staff were wonderful. There was no problem w/ late check out the next day as our flight was not until 4:30 pm. The in house food venue had a reasonable $ Sunday Brunch. They provide 24 hour shuttle service to OHare. I would return to this hotel again, the area was safe, and it was located near the transit station.

very nice and attentive staff – We got the shuttle bus from the airport. It arrived about 15 minutes after we called. The driver was very nice and chatty to. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast for $8.95 and had a Friday night fish buffet. The staff are very nice and attentive, they cannot do enough for you the gym is modern. The incinerator is closed down so the smell is no longer there. We would use this hotel again ................good start to route 66 and free transfer to Eagle Rider to pick up our harley.

Room was so large and luxorious – I was desperate to find pet friendly lodging for a reasonable value on a weekend that all the hotels in Chicago were sold out. Thankfully I found this one after trying about 50 hotels. My room was so large and luxurious, I lulled myself into believing I was in a 4 star hotel on Michigan Avenue. And it always has an available room.

Unbelievable Value and Pet Friendly – I was desperate to find pet friendly lodging for a reasonable value on a weekend that all the hotels in Chicago were sold out. Thankfully I found this one after trying about 50 hotels. My room was so large and luxurious, I lulled myself into believing I was in a 4 star hotel on Michigan Avenue.

Awesome – I stayed at this hotel during my first ever visit to Chicago back in April of this year. It was then a Holiday Inn. During my first stay, I noticed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. After my first visit, I told myself I would come back to this very hotel my next time in Chicago. I really enjoyed the hotel b/c of the friendly staff, as well as the great meals I had in the restaurant. The thing I enjoyed the most was the shuttle service. All employees were very friendly‎ – When I reserved a room with a king size bed and put on my card I should have had this room held for me.I had a six hour drive and was not pleased by my room being given to another guest. The front desk was very polite and sorry for the problem. I received another room with two smaller beds, Not a serious problem because the staff was quick to remedy the problem.
