Very courteous – I would like to compliment the waitstaff (morning). They were very helpful and courteous.
Extremely Helpful – Lady at the front desk on check in was extremely helpful in organizing a transfer to the airport
Kind and quiet – Linda at front desk had 2 in line registering before me. She was kind and quick at my turn and did map quest
We were looking for a restaurant in the immediate area and the front desk was friendly and gave us directions to a nearby mall with several choices. We found a nice place and also came back a few days later and ate at another one there. I like it when hotels have a book of nearby places and menus to look at
I've never seen a manager that would assist guests..... – The manager went above and beyond! I've never seen a manager that would assist guests with luggage from car to room, and on a hot day.
Shuttle drivers, front desk, restaurant and room cleaners excellent and helpful and friendly! Thank you!
Professional – When I checked in ( I cant remember her name, she was a trainee.) she will do very well. She presents herself as a professional
