Exceptionally courteous – Everyone was exceptionally courteous and helpful
Excellent food – Food was excellent at the bar, Young man (Jason) was an excellent bartender/server
great experience – We had a great experience. The room was fine, the poo was great and the free shuttle to and from our music was extremely helpful.
the staff were wonderful – On June 12,2010 American Airlines canceled the last leg of our trip home to San Francisco. Airline experience from Hell! We recieved a voucher for a portion of our stay here. We checked in at about 1:30am and the staff were wonderful. There was no problem w/ late check out the next day as our flight was not until 4:30 pm. The in house food venue had a reasonable $ Sunday Brunch. They provide 24 hour shuttle service to OHare.
