Very rude front desk agent named Theresa....website kept saying they had two rooms, went thru to booking, and only one room got booked. Called Anderson location and Theresa was so rude. Cancelled my booking
This hotel was very clean. Staff was nice and accommodating.
Had a wonderdul experience here and would definitely stay again! My first time using Best Western while traveling. 10/10 will use them every time from here on out! Room was nice, clean ans comfortable, lobby was pristine, staff was awesome and Breakfast was really good! Definitely will stay here again and would recommend to any of my friends and family!
First room smelled like smoke, I went to front desk and told the clerk. The clerk was very nice and offered another room and it was a suite. Went to that room and title was gone hehind toilet looked bad. Under the edge of bed it either was poop 💩 or dirt on carpet .. Really not sure what was on floor! Too late and tired to make an issue. Staff was very nice exapesally breakfast staff!!
What a fantastic place! Convenient to everything, and every staff member are always smiling and looking to help you.
