I had $100 cash stolen from my purse while I stayed here and nothing is being done about it! They also kept our deposit because an employee said it “smelled like weed” even though the manager said it probably drafted up from the floor below! They were very unprofessional; they told us that we could’ve just sprayed something and been able to keep our deposit.. Sad thing is we stayed here just because it was our anniversary so instead of being able to celebrate and be happy we ended up losing $300 for no reason... I will never... read more
Top Notch Stay in Anderson, IN. Friendly staff, great rooms including kerig coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Very dog friendly too. And did I mention the breakfast? Fresh made omelette, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and fabulous coffee! All in a beautiful dining room with fireplace to make you feel at home! We cannot recommend this Best Western Plus enough. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful visit!
Extremely nice Clean and professional environment or recommend to anyone
Stayed at this hotel for one night was scheduled for four, and they tried saying we put a hole in the door and neither one of us had done we look for that stuff when we go to hotels and it wasn’t there and the manager was to afraid to talk to us about it.
Wonderful check in process! Great service. Staff (Amy) was super helpful and very accommodating to our check in needs. Will definitely be back!

Nice place and the employees here are very nice.
The stay was nice. The shower never fully got hot, the breakfast was lukewarm but ok, the internet was good, and the bed was comfortable. close to food, the interstate and the casino.
Our stay here was very relaxing even though we were here because of a truck breakdown. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the room was clean and spacious. The plus was they allow pets. I highly recommend this motel.
