My experience was favorable. The only hiccup was the CO detector going off in the late evening. It had to be unplugged because new batteries did nor fix the problem
Great place to stay , everyone is so friendly with the customer's , breakfast is great to starting your day with a smile
Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. If I would have known I would have booked somewhere else had kids that were disappointed because we booked for the indoor pool. Room was good breakfast was ok.
Our room was very warm and fan didn't work. Didn't call anyone to fix as it was 1am. Bed was uncomfortable, although it seemed like it was new. Breakfast was terrible and cold. I've been in many BW plus sites and this is certainly is nowhere near par. Won't be staying here again
I left a very expensive shawl there. Called the hotel management multiple times to be told “we will look and call you back”. I am positive that I left it in the hotel closet. Very disappointed in the fact that housekeeping didn’t turn it in and the lack of customer service shown by management. I will not return nor recommend this hotel again.
Elevator didnt work, room phone doesn't work, tv didnt work upon arrival. Swimming pool wasn't clear and was very cold.
