Kind people and our room was huge! We were on a tight budget from our dau g ter having surgery and the price was affordable and we'll worth it!
I most appreciated the hospitality of the front desk staff they helped make my time in Boston memorable. First impressions are lasting impressions.
Gisele, Noah, Jennifer, Rita, Robin, they are all incredible and make your stay feel like you're visiting family. They go way out of their way to make you feel good.,
The accommodations are okay. However, the staff and management could not care less about the clientele staying with them due to medical circumstances. Zero compassion...their "medical rate" is a joke and their human decency is even worse. Such a shame that people in Boston for medical reasons are forced to do business with them out of necessity.
Function hall was very inviting sad come on inn and enjoy.
