My husband and I had the privilege of going to the Inn for breakfast and lunch while we were at Dana Farber. The staff was so friendly and the service was great. We enjoyed chatting with Rita, Robin and Kayla. The Corned Beef Hash and the New England Clam Chowder were amazing! Thank you.
This was our second time staying here, everything was great! The room was really nice and everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!
Customer Service was Awful! The staff at check in was rude and unprofessional. I complained about the poor service and they didn't seem to care. We travel twice a year for our daughters medical appointments and will never stay here again!
After traveling from Seattle for a life saving surgery for my unborn baby girl we arrived to a smelly awkward old room with heat/AC that was intermittent at best. The next day we proceeded to contract food poisoning from the Food at the long wood grill. Barf and etc for 6 hours then admitted to ER for dehydration and had to cancel the surgery and medical teams that were assembled for this rare procedure. They comped us a night.... lmao.
