The room was clean and bed was comfy. They leave you a menu for room service in the room, you're supposed to fill it out and leave it on your door and breakfast is supposed to be delivered to your room at the time you request it to be. I filled it out and expected room service between 7:45-8:00. I waited till almost 9:00 and I called room service, was put on hold twice and then hung up on. I recently stayed here the rooms weren’t bad comfy bed and pillows i liked that a kurig was right in the room But the showers very small and water pressure not so great. Front desk service was great Giselle was awesome and told us she gave us a better room she liked... also we left the bars early to get a drink back at the hotel bc the bar was open till 12 got there at 11 on a Saturday night and all the doors were locked... people inside as well.. We have stayed here on and off for several appointments at the Boston Children's Hospital. Rooms are clean has everything you need for a stay microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Beds are comfortable and clean bathroom. There is a small mall with several fast food vendors and CVS. There is a restaurant in the hotel also.
