Lobby is playing blasting music and will not turn it down, even after we asked. We requested a quiet room and they put us right by the elevator, vending machines and were doing construction in the room next door. We asked for a late check out at 6p for the next day and they can’t tell us until we call in to tomorrow morning. We have not had one single “yes” response to anything we have asked. This is NOT a service-based hotel. Nice location, decent room but I’d never stay here again.
I stayed on the 2 to the 4th but left on the 3rd. Had Heart/ Lung surgery on the 3rd and was told i could go home. 2 DAYS LATER I get a 250 smoking Charger on my account on the 6th two days later with NO PHONE CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE. SO I CALLED AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHY AND THEY FINALLY CALLED ME TODAY ON THE 11th. SO I GUESS WE DIDNT SMOKE IN THE ROOM BUT BECAUSE MY GIRL SMOKED OUTSIDE AND SMELL LIKE SMOKE THEY CHARGER ME BECAUSE SHE SMELLED LIKE TO MUCH SMOKE REALLY! THE ROOM in 625 Bathroom ... read more
Clean rooms, nice restaurant (limited menu though). Convenient to hospitals and Dana Farber. Staff is always pleasant and quick to respond to issues/concerns.
Excellent customer service. Great room-nice sheets, comfortable bed. Check- in was quick and easy. Jennifer helped us and even gave my daughter a teddy bear after we told her we were there to celebrate her 21st birthday. So nice!
