I had a positive experience with Best Vinyl. What I liked the most is just that they were very responsive and kept me informed about the progress of our scheduled time. They seem to be honest. I especially liked working with Aaron, he is very nice and easy to talk to, he went far and beyond to help us install a 3rd gate at no additional cost. Highly recommend!

We bought a fence from best vinyl. There has not been any damage, the fence just settled weird and now we can't even get our gate open! I called them and they said it would be 4-6 weeks before anyone could even take a look at it. And then they have a $250 minimum to repair it!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible service! First I have poles that aren’t straight and then they ruined my yard! Chad at first would talk to me but I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for a week and he will not answer his phone or return my phone calls. I would love to speak to someone above him and get some answers and talk to someone who is actually willing to help!
Best Vinyl installed a new fence for us at our home in Saratoga Springs a few years ago. We compared them to a few of the other popular fencing companies in the valley and they beat all their prices. A few years later, we had a big windstorm that blew out a few panels and they came out quickly and fixed it for us. I'd highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Best Vinyl! Our salesman Landon was knowledgeable and helped us find the right solution for our difficult yard. We have sloping and grading issues that could have turned out horrible but Landon and our incredible installed Judd took a lot of time to ensure we were happy with the results.
