Initially very happy with our fence purchased in 2016 until we had an accident with one of the swing gates and the hinges broke. Called for repair. $450 service call to come fix $31 hinges and that's with a crew already doing an install in the area. Seriously? Drove 70 miles to Lehi, picked up the hinges and repaired ourselves in 30 min. $450 service call and they claim that was a discount because we originally purchased from them.....BEWARE, the " AFTER the sale" service call will break the bank!
Poor customer service. We scheduled our install and paid half down almost 2 months in advance. They gave me a 2 week window that our job would be done. That time frame came and went with not even a text or phone call. When I called the office I was told that we were forgotten about/skipped over with no reason given other than they just missed us on the schedule. Terrible customer service. Never gives me all the materials ordered and takes multiple trips to get it all. I have started using Stonehenge fencing in Orem for all of my fencing/railing needs and they are amazing!
Office Communication, Scheduling, and On Time Service: 1 Star - Such a bad experience! Installation: The installation guys were nice and did a really great job! We worked with Chad to get a bid and he was really responsive and so kind. But once we signed a contract, it was all downhill from there. A crew from Best Vinyl has just finished enclosing our backyard for us. The fence looks fantastic! The pricing was very reasonable. And everyone from the office people we've talked with on the phone to the guys doing the installation on site have been great to work with. Definitely recommended!
