RecommendedI kept getting pushed back for the start of my install, but in the end very happy with the final product. It looks great. I am however a bit disappointed that I did not get a handle for my gate. For a price north of $5k, I thought a handle on the fence would be included.

As for the handle, that isn’t a standard offering outside of our latch/hinge/drop rod hardware. With that being said, we’re happy to have someone stop by and put that on for you or if you want to pick one out at Home Depot we are happy to grab it and install. Best Vinyl is doing the repair on our RV Gate. The foreman and crew have been great to work with! Our only complaint is the process has been lengthy - a two month waiting period before install, a few weeks delay to start digging the posts, and the gate build is estimated to take 15 days instead of 7. Hopefully at the end of this 4 month process, our gate will be good as new!

We had a pergola installed this week, the crew of two worked there hearts out, two mornings where around 20 degrees, the last night they worked tell 8:30 pm to finish up the job, we are very happy with Best Vinyl. Thank you!

Best Vinyl built our deck 4 years ago. Pieces immediately started falling off. It took months to get someone out to fix it. Same pieces started falling off again. Months to get someone out again. This time he left me with a bag of screws and told me I could fix it next time. More pieces falling off, places sagging, and I've been trying for a year to get someone out. For more than $25k spent on this deck I really expected more. Hopefully we can finally get someone to care and help us out soon.
