TL;DR Look elsewhere for your fence install or simply do the work yourself. The struggles of making sure the work was done correctly and completely could have been avoided if I did this on my own. RecommendedWe asked them to put in the dense and we were so pleased at the professional way they did it but mostly impressed that they did extra things they did not have to do but they saw a need. So we hired them to do the deck and they did extra work that again they had a good eye for that we didn’t see needed to be done. In short they are the best company I have ever hired!!!
very unprofessional. took a couple months after the original start date for them to actually come out and start on my fence. Could never get a honest answer out of anyone in the company. after the snow melted found out that they broke a whole line of sprinklers and wouldnt get back to us about fixing it. left messages with the office people and have never goten back too.
I got a bid from Dave Chappell, he was super quick to respond to me and was great to work with. The install date was 2 months out which was fine. It came to the day of the install and no one showed up. A day or two passed and still nothing. I had to call them and they pushed it back a few weeks. Again the install date came with nothing. We talked to Best Vinyl at the Home Show, they took our info and even scheduled the appointment at the show. Everyone I worked with at Best Vinyl was great and really were understanding of our requests. I would highly recommend Best Vinyl. Thanks guys!
Best Vinyl fence was excellent work and prompt service! We had called several companies to come out to fix our fence and no one got back to us. Best Vinyl got back to us the same day and had our fence fixed very quickly! Thank you!
Slow to fix wind damage on my fence, due to a communication issue. Once I got in touch with Troy, he took care of us. I think this is due to their demand, they're good people that will make things right if you give them a chance. I've spend about 20K with two installs. Both transformed the yards and really added value. I would fully recommend.
It would be good if Best Vinyl would come out and do repairs when they commit to be here. I was told two weeks and it has been five weeks waiting.
