We decided to go with Best Vinyl due to the fact that their alternating picket fence was the style we liked the most out of competitors. I like Renae was frustrated and still am. I just spent 2 hours of my time trying to get my lawn to same level of mow curb as they put it 3 inches below my lawn level in one spot. This is after they were a 5 weeks behind when they said they would get it done. Worse customer service! . They were supposed to install my deck on July 15, 2018 and the Friday before I hadn’t heard anything from them, so I called them and was told they were 2 weeks behind. (No call from them telling me this) She then set an install date as the 30th and here it is the Friday before and I have not heard from anyone. Don’t know if they will be here or not????? Aaron was super helpful and made our experience amazing! He was extremely detailed and made sure we were comfortable with the details as well as the process. We recommend them 100%
This is the second time we’ve used Best Vinyl and have been very happy with the product. If you ever have any concerns they are great about addressing and correcting them. Would definitely use again and refer friends and family to them.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it. After promising an estimate, the rep we met with did not provide an estimate. He will not reply to emails. Will not take a call. Will not return a call after leaving messages. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen.
