Booked an appointment with Yane for a double process color about a week ago, just to have her cancel the day of the appointment after rearranging my entire schedule to accommodate this appt. The person who recommended her to me warned me that she does cancels very frequently due to “family emergencies”. This is incredibly unprofessional and the lack of work ethic is horrendous.
