I don't recommend this company to anyone. The agent was responsive until a application was submitted. The agent guaranteed a turnaround in 2 days; she disappeared for a week. Credit an background was perfect. She stated the homes was rented but they are still showing available. I feel like this company is a Scam.
Joke company. I called about a rental listing twice and an agent never returned my call. I don’t know why anyone would do business with them. What a waste of time.
The Google reviews were concerning, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt — unfortunately, my experience confirmed the concerns. I will save the long story, but the agent replied in the beginning to get me to apply ($75 application fee per person). We started renting from them last year. They told us they needed 3 months rent up front which was over 6k. I spoke to the last tenants and their rent was $500 cheaper than what we were paying. Now we are renewing and they tell us it’s a $150 renewal fee!! That’s not in our current lease I checked multiple times. I spoke to them and they said it will be in the lease for this year. This seem to be a scam I paid 75 dollars and I'm more then sure I qualified they had the nerve to question my background and I never been to jail!!!!!! They also lied and said the landlord picked another tenant but the home is still available until this day! Sounds like they like to discriminate!!!!!!!!!!
