We started renting from them last year. They told us they needed 3 months rent up front which was over 6k. I spoke to the last tenants and their rent was $500 cheaper than what we were paying. Now we are renewing and they tell us it’s a $150 renewal fee!! That’s not in our current lease I checked multiple times. I spoke to them and they said it will be in the lease for this year. This seem to be a scam I paid 75 dollars and I'm more then sure I qualified they had the nerve to question my background and I never been to jail!!!!!! They also lied and said the landlord picked another tenant but the home is still available until this day! Sounds like they like to discriminate!!!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with Best U.S. Realty. Bought a home working with them and the transaction went very smoothly even in this market. Would highly recommend.
Awful people in general rented for 3 years from them they refused to repair things until it came to the point it would fail had to replace a hot water heater that failed on our own with a baby and two kids in the house they wanted to send someone out in a week to assess it first then maybe order a new one they put the minimal amount of effort into taking care of their properties and they don't care about the tenants at all we moved into a house with old carpet to begin with lived there three years and they are keeping our de... read more
