These guys are the worst rip off artists of all time. They install and run. If you have problems you are on your own. American Standard won’t help you either. Neither will the better business bureau. Robbed of 17,000. Good luck and beware. Don’t let them install a 5 ton system on 3 tons of duct work like I did. Complete incompetence without a care in the world.
